Em algum lugar na terra dos dinossauros, um herói conhecido como Dino-Riki parte para a batalha contra os animais dos tempos antigos e prova o direito do homem à sobrevivência entre a evolução. Você controla o Dino-Riki de uma perspectiva de cima para baixo enquanto a tela rola em direção ao topo. Dino Riki deve atirar nos inimigos em seu caminho, além de saltar sobre fossas e evitar obstáculos. Suas chances aumentam quando ele recebe reforços de armas, como bolas de fogo ou bumerangues. Asas de Anjo também ajudam e deixam Dino Riki voar acima do solo. No final de cada nível, Dino-Riki enfrenta uma criatura chefe.
