Em 1982, uma sequência do incrivelmente popular Pac-Man foi introduzida na forma de sua namorada, a Sra. Pac-Man. Esta sequência continuou no jogo "coma os pontos / evite os fantasmas" do jogo original, mas adicionou novos recursos para manter o título atualizado. Como seu namorado, Pac-Man tenta limpar quatro labirintos variados e desafiadores, cheios de pontos e frutas sempre em movimento, evitando Inky, Blinky, Pinky e Sue, cada um com suas próprias personalidades e táticas. Um toque de qualquer um desses fantasmas significa uma perda de vida para a Sra. Pac-Man.
